BrainPop Refresher
BrainPop is a fun web site full of brief, engaging animated video clips
covering a wide range of subject areas and topics. Math, science, LA,
music, SS, history are just a few of the subjects included.
The video clips star Tim, a young boy, and his robot friend Moby. The
always begin each video by opening a fan mail letter that contains the
essential question they then proceed to answer.
I buy the Combo subscription for EHMIS- its an unlimited building
licence. The Combo School subscription includes BrainPOP, BrainPOP Jr.,
and BrainPOP Español. Login is restricted to school hours, defined as
7:00 AM - 5:30 PM local time. If you click the BrainPop link at the bottom of the middle school
webpage it will automatically log you in. Once your logged in, you can
click the spanish link to access that site. They also have a BrainPop
Jr. page. This link only works at school. EHMIS teachers can email me to request the username and password that
can be used from outside the building. I can also provide a teacher log
in to you that will allow you to access BrainPop "after hours" to help
facilitate lesson planning.
